I’ve worked with a lot of startups and companies dealing with innovation and growth. I’ve made a study of the ways companies — especially those that are a little different — go on to succeed. This work took me from running expensive lean startup bootcamps, to founding the first accelerator in Hong Kong, to being a professor of entrepreneurship and running the Incubator program at USC. In this book I propose a set of recommendations, especially for startups outside of the mainstream tech hubs. I think you’ll enjoy it no matter where you’re based. This is the pdf of the original $20 book, offered here with the goal to reach people in parts of the world where that price point is prohibitive.
